Maxima Legal consults BTK Group in the sphere of International Commercial Arbitration.

A long-standing agreement was signed between companies, the subject of which is the organization of interaction of parties in purposes of realization and participation in projects of public and private partnership.

At the present moment a procedure of the financial reorganization of the national Bank “Trust” is started by a financial corporation “Otkrytie”. It will be provided regular supply of the Bank creditors and clients in the course of measures, including carrying out calculations and payments.

Changes can affect all companies – either medium-sized enterprises or big business.
