Rubezh Ltd. deveopment company is facing administrative barriers preventing it from the realisation of a townhouse construction investment project "Pribrezhny Residence" in Prymorsky district. This was brought to light by a co-investor of the project Michael Golubev during a press conference that took place on Wednesday 5 in the halls of "Interfax North-West" information agency.

Evgeny Druzhinin, the Head of "Real Estate and Construction" practice at Maxima Legal, believes that the construction permission refusal to "Rubezh" by the district administration is grounded, in this case, in the administration's reluctancy to thoroughly explore the issue.
