Maxima Consulting & Law LLC became a member of the Guild of Managers and Developers.

On 30 January by a decision of the Board of Nonprofit Partnership “Guild of Managers and Developers” MCL was accepted as a member of the Guild of Managers and Developers, a nonprofit partnership being the leading pubic association of management and developing companies of Russia and CIS.

As a public organization at the federal level GMD pursues a deliberate policy aiming at creating a resistant to external conditions and transparent commercial real estate market.

The Guild has an extensive cooperation with state authorities, regional administrations, leading industry-specific public associations under various projects.

Among the organization’s partners there are: the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Industry and Infrastructure Department of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Moscow City Duma, the Government of Saint Petersburg, the Administrations of Yekaterinburg, Omsk, Perm, Novosibirsk, the Government of the Tver Region, Saratov Region, Kaluga Region, Uliyanovsk Region and the Krasnodar Territory.

The main objective of GMD is to ensure permanent growth the real estate market in Russia and create favorable conditions to increase in expertise of management and developing companies.

Maxima Consulting & Law LLC is going to play an active role in the Guild’s activity, facilitate elaboration and adoption of transparent legislative framework for the operation of the real estate market in Russia and increase in legal competence of management and development companies in general.
