Sergey Bakeshin takes part in the 8th Annual Legal Forum by Kommersant

On 16 December 2016, the 8^th Annual Legal Forum, under the heading of ‘Review of 2016: laws and business’ organised by business newspaper Kommersant, took place at the law faculty of St Petersburg State University. During the forum Sergey Bakeshin, Head of the Dispute Resolution department at Maxima Legal, made a presentation on the topic of bankruptcy, titled ‘The novels of legislation on bankruptcy’.
