Vladimir Kilinkarov delivered a speech during the round table dedicated to the problems of the Russian pharmacy and healthcare markets

Vladimir Kilinkarov, partner, head of PPP Practice of Maxima Legal actively participated in the round table Healthcare and Pharmacy Industry in the North-Western Federal District: Investment Prospects of the Region held by PH Kommersant. One of the two sessions of the said round table was dedicated to the application of PPP (public private partnership) mechanisms for the development of the healthcare infrastructure.
Vladimir noted those PPP models that can be used for construction and development of healthcare facilities and related infrastructure, scientific institutions and other healthcare objects; some positive and adverse issues caused by PPP regulation tendencies in Russia; told about foreign PPP regulation experience and those basic principles that should underpin current legislation in this sphere.
