The Head of Real Estate & Construction Practice of the law firm Maxima Consulting & Law, Evgeny Druzhinin, has taken part in the conference Business Development - Taking on New Industrial Sites organized by the Saint Petersburg International Business

During the conference various questions were discussed related to integrated development of territory for the purposes of construction of production facilities on it, including specifics of legal regulation of industrial parks' placement.

Representatives of successful industrial parks' projects and production companies participated in the foregoing conference. They shared their experience related to industrial and technology parks in Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
