Russian developers will present new business models within the framework of RISF (Russian Investment and Building Forum) program
On 5 March 2014 under the aegis of III Russian Investment and Building Forum there will be a round table on the following topic:«RUSSIAN DEVELOPMENT NOWADAYS: IN SEARCH OF NEW SOLUTIONS»
The event held by the National Association of Designers (NOP), supported by the Non-Profit Partnership Guild of Mangers and Developers will be dedicated to search of the best possible business models in development which meet the recent challenges.
The moderator of the event, Mr. Evgeniy Druzhinin, the head of real estate and construction practice of Maxima Legal:
“Recently we note that the real estate market is perking up little by little, getting rid of post-crisis effects gradually. While business activity increases it becomes noticeable that positions are being taken up by more «weighted» development. It really turns to be diverse and multiplex – modern realities leave no alternative”
The main questions brought up for discussion include:
- Today’s real estate market: challenges and opportunities for developers. What projects investors choose for their investments in the current context?
- Innovative approaches to design and building management on the BIM basis: advantages for developers.
- New formats and methods of positioning and sale of objects: ideas and best practices.
The following persons are invited to take part in the discussion:
- Aleksei Filimonov, general director of ASTERA in alliance with BNP Paribas Real Estate
- Jaimie Johnston, director, design company Bryden Wood Limited (UK)
- Grigoriy Dlugi, commercial real estate sales director, MR Group
- Nikolay Devyatilov, general director, Praedium
- Svetlana Kara, managing partner, Praedium Investment Capital
Representatives of design and developing companies, advisers and other specialists engaged in real estate and construction are invited to attend the round table.
