MCL Partner participated as an expert on the Third All-Russian Conference “Self-regulation in the construction industry”

On 13 September, 2012 Vladimir Kilinkarov, Partner with Maxima Consulting and Law LLC, participated as an expert on the III All-Russian conference “Self-regulation in the construction industry” with a report on the actual problems of the protection of intellectual property rights to works of architecture and urban planning, and was honored as an active participant of the conference.

The conference is traditionally one of the most anticipated events of the year and at this time was a part of the business program of the 16th International Exhibition «BalticBuild».

The main organizer of the forum was the NP "Baltic Building Complex" with the Association of SRO "Unity" NP "SRO" ALLIANCE BUILDERS 'NKSP "Regional Construction Association." The event attracted participants from more than forty cities of the country. The main participants were the representatives of federal and regional authorities - the State Duma, Ministry of Regional Development of Russia, the Presidential Administration, Office of FAS Russia, heads of ministries and departments in the construction and energy subjects of the Russian Federation, as well as leaders of national associations SRO building complex and the energy audit, managers and specialists the largest self-regulatory organizations, representatives of technical universities, the construction business, banks and industrial businesses. Also, thousands of professionals who cannot personally attend the conference were able to watch online broadcast of the event which was performed by more than 20 online resources.

Discussed problems caused genuine interest among the constructing community.
