New head of Real Estate and Construction practice joined MCL

Maxima Consulting & Law is glad to announce that Evgeny Druzhinin joined the MCL team of professionals as the head of the Real Estate and Construction Practice.

Before joining MCL Evgeny was the head of analytical division in the legal department of the large company well-known for successful projectsin development and construction of commercial and residential premises primarily in the historic centre of St. Petersburg.

In MCL Evgeny will specialize in investment and various transactions in real estate, including comprehensive support of development and construction projects at all stages of their implementation.

Evgeny Druzhinin graduated from the Law faculty of the St. Petersburg State University and got educated in various fields including PMI project management , ISO9000 quality management , urban land development and real estate valuation. Evgeny is a member of the Project Management Institute (USA) and the Urban Land Institute (USA).

Evgeny considers comprehensive knowledge in real estate and construction as well as extensive work experience in a variety of real estate development and construction companies of St. Petersburg as his main professional qualities. This allows him to find legally compliant  and practically applicable solutions based on the adopted models of finance and project management structure.
