MCL took part in the Legal Forum held by Kommersant Publishing House

Maxima Consulting & Law LLC took part in the Legal Forum held by Kommersant Publishing House on 12 December, 2012 at the main hall of the Law Faculty of St. Petersburg State University. During this event the leading St. Petersburg lawyers talked about key changes in Russian legislation happened this year and their influence on business climate and also shared their views on trends and prospects of Russian business.

MCL participated in discussion quite actively, the head of MCL Real Estate and Construction Practice Evgeny Druzhinin presented a report "On trends of the Russian legislation in development".

He noted that the main current lines in improvement of legislation in the field of development are such as increase of the investment attractiveness, arranging more clear and liberal administrative regulation in this area. The report also raised main unresolved issues including those related to construction of engineering and social infrastructure for integrated development projects.
