MCL supported project related to establishing a SKB joint venture in Russia

The executive board of SKB Group (Austria, Czech Republic) has highly estimated legal support of Maxima Consulting & Law LLC under the project related to establishing an Austrian-Russian joint venture of SKB Group in Saint Petersburg. MCL associates acted as a mediator during negotiations between Austrian, Czech and Russian parties, rendered legal services related to establishing a joint venture along with entering into an agreement with respect to exercising rights by participants of Russian legal entity and non-competition agreement and a number of agreements with respect to using of intellectual property belonging to SKB Group in Russia.

The joint venture was established due to the decision to enter Russian market with innovative cable products made by SKB Group, combining well-known manufacturers of a big range of industrial and other cables of Austria and Eastern Europe.
