MCL took part in the conference of the Vedomosti newspaper: Real Estate for Life. North-West Real Estate Market: Trends, Brands, Cases

Eugeny Druzhinin, the head of Real Estate and Construction practice of law firm Maxima Consulting and Law, attended the conference organized by the Vedomosti newspaper Real Estate for Life. North-West Real Estate Market: Trends, Brands, Cases, held in Saint Petersburg on 6 December 2012.

During that conference developers and builders were searching for new opportunities and ways to develop the industry, simultaneously adjusting to the changing working conditions in the North-West Region.    Participants of the conference tried to answer many questions, including, inter alia:  potentially available development sites and the ways to obtain them; city renovation, dormitory area renovation; viral development of country areas in the North-West Region; what are the principal market development vectors?
