MCL took part in the event under the aegis of the Guild of Property Managers and Developers

Law firm Maxima Consulting and Law represented by Maxim Avrashkov and Evgeny Druzhinin took part in the event Recent and Planned Amendments to Construction and Real Estate Legislation held by the Guild. 

The matters related to changes and tendencies in town-planning regulation of the historical centre of Saint Petersburg, prospects of the elaboration and adoption of town-planning design standards in Saint Petersburg and the most important amendments affecting lease in the light of the resolution in respect of lease to be adopted by the Plenum of the Supreme State Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation were discussed during the event.
