September 21, 2012 MCL participated in the Fourth Annual Conference "The resolution of international commercial disputes: CIS» ABA Section of International Law, which was organized with the support of ICC Russia.

Once again the conference has gathered Moscow's leading experts from around the world in the field of international arbitration and litigation.

Among the key speakers at the conference were representatives of the justice system of Russia and the U.S., arbitrators of international arbitration institutions, consultants, major Russian and international law firms and corporate lawyers of the leading Russian companies.

Informative program prepared by experts with the latest trends in law and practice was a wonderful opportunity to meet old friends and find new partners, making it mandatory to attend a conference for industry professionals.

Rich program confirms the variety of issues presented for discussion, a list which included:

•     resolution of disputes with the Russian regulatory authorities;
•     recent decisions on arbitrability: implications for business;
•     new opportunities for arbitration and litigation in connection with Russia's accession to the WTO;
