MCL takes part in Commercial Real Estate Summit

The head of Real Estate and Construction practice, Evgeniy Druzhinin, participated in one of the most notable events in the commercial real estate market, CRE Summit, organised by Publishing House Impress Media.

More than 300 real estate experts took part in the Summit. More than 90 experts and representatives of regional and local authorities were speakers during the discussions held on 26th and 27th of June. The participants managed to discuss much vital topics as investments, development, management and hotel, retail and industrial real estate.

For example, the representative of the Yaroslav Region, the Head of Division of the Construction Department for the Yaroslav Region, Yulia Golova, emphasized that Russian regions need to revise their investment policy and implement more rational and professional approach to attracting investments to regions. During several sessions there were the growth potential of regional markets and the need to forge a public private partnership mechanism in different areas noted.
