On July 01, 2009 MCL signed a cooperation agreement with Interfill company which is a part of the world-known FarevaHolding group

Interfill  owns a factory in Tosno not far from St. Petersburg and is a subsidiary of Fareva Group engaged in production of cosmetics as well as dry and liquid detergents for top world manufacturers.

MCL provides legal support of its commercial activities and some major transactions.
