The Now Factory (link) is an international holding headquartered in Dublin comprising of technological companies from Ireland, USA, Singapore, Spain and Russia dealing with the development of software solutions related to the analysis of consumer groups for communication service providers (CSPs) worldwide. TNF software products allow telecommunication companies from 28 countries spanning 4 continents, serving their customers and successfully assessing the quality of their technologies and demand for it from the perspective of more than 500 million consumers.

MCL offered TNF Russia a package of legal measures aimed to ensure necessary protection of technological products of TNF and their components being created on the territory of Russia.
