The seminar for top-managers of middle and major business ‘Directors’ Liability for Company Damages: Minimisation and Insurance of Risks’ will take place on 07 December, 2011 (9.00-13.30) at the Grand Hotel Europe, St. Petersburg.

The main purpose of the seminar is to attract attention of the North-West top-management to the major existing legal risks for directors with regard to their liability for company damages incurred by violation of the Russian corporate, bankruptcy and labor legislation, as well as to those opportunities developed to minimise the risks, mainly by means of insurance. The seminar is due to highlight the most actual practical issues related to the grounds and the procedures of company damages claiming under the Russian legislation and the court practice as well as those practical issues related to the insurance of such liability. Particular attention will be given to the current reform of the legislation regulating such liability and insurance as well as to the professional overview of the British legal experience in this area.
