Maxima Legal acts as a co-exhibitor at ExpoReal 2013 in Munich!

Maxima Legal participated in Exporeal 2013 exhibition as a co-exhibitor with the exhibit booth of the government of the Leningrad Region. The Maxima Legal delegation was represented by the Managing Partner, Mr. Maxim Avrashkov, a partner, PhD in law, Mr. Vladimir Kilinkarov and the head of Real Estate & Construction Practice, Mr. Evgeny Druzhinin.

EXPO REAL is one the world's leading investment fora. Within the framework of this exhibition the representatives of Maxima Legal, Vladimir Kilinkarov and Evgeny Druzhinin have held a round table on the following topic: Forming of public private partnership (PPP) legislation in Russia: searching for a universal solution for infrastructural projects, within the frameworks of which they spoke about the topicality of public private partnership institution for the development of infrastructure not only in Russia, but globally and on the main challenges in the regulatory framework and practice of the implementation of PPP in Russia and clarified why PPP efficiency is inadequate and outlined the problems faced by public and private partners in the course of structuring of PPP projects.

Mr. Evgeny Druzhinin has also participated in the round table on the following topic: Investment practice in the context of the Russian region and did a presentation within the framework of the discussion about Integrated Development of Territories and told about nuances of the development of a large territory by the sole developer, consequences of reformation of town-planning documentation and the planning of infrastructure development.
