Master-Class for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students: Modern Areas and Features of Legal Practice in Russia

The Master-class organized by Maxima Consulting & Law together with the Law Faculty of the Saint-Petersburg State University was held at the Law Faculty on 6 December, 2011.

Speakers:

Victor Vasiliev, Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Rus, Director of Legal Affairs and Government Relations;

Sergei Makarov, the Legal Committee of the St. Petersburg Governor's Administration, First Deputy Chairman. 

Those successful lawyers told the students about the main areas of the Russian legal practice (Russian and international consulting, in-house service, public service etc.), current trends in particular legal specializations, the features of the above-mentioned areas of legal practice as well as those knowledge, experience and personal qualities and abilities required to achieve success in a particular field of practice. The speakers shared their experience in developing legal practice and practicing law both in Russia and abroad.

Vladimir Kilinkarov also announced the internship programs organized by Maxima Consulting & Law as well as the best term-paper competition for undergraduate and postgraduate students of the Law Faculty.
