Paris was visited by a group of persons drafting model public private partnership law for the CIS member states

A group of persons drafting model law "On Public Private Partnership" for the CIS member states headed by Vladimir Federorvich Popondopulo ( LLD, professor, the head of the group) and Vladimir Kilinkarov (PhD in law, executive secretary of the group) has called on the capital of France for seven days in order to carry out a structured analysis of French experience (both positive and adverse) and standards for the implementation of infrastructure projects pursuant to concession model (concession) and public private partnership model (partenariat public-privé).

Vladimir Kilinkarov, Elena Kilinkarova and other members of the working group met famous French PPP experts, including François BERGERE (Director – MAPPP, Ministère de l'Économie et des Finances), Xavier BEZANCON (Délégué Général Entreprises Générales de France), Pierre BORDEAUX (Délégué Général IGD (French Institute for PPP), Stéphaner BRACONNIER (Ecole des PPP), Marc TEYSSIER d'ORFEUILLE (Club des PPPP), partners of such law firms as Gide Loyrette Nouel, Bird & Bird and Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés.
