Evgeny Druzhinin, the Head of Real Estate & Construction Practice of the law firm Maxima Consulting & Law has participated in VII International Investment Forum PROEstate 2013.

This forum held for the first time in Moscow this year has a reputation for being one of the leading real estate and construction fora for Russian and foreign companies. At least 30 participating countries took part in the event at issue in 2013. Besides, the most numerous foreign delegation was the same of Finland headed by Mr. Hannu Penttilä, the Deputy Mayor of Helsinki.

Under the aegis of the forum there were more than 80 various events held, in the course of which real estate market players had an opportunity to discuss those issues that were the most topical at that moment, for example, peculiarities of work in Russian regions, trends and primary areas of urban development and tools for regulating integrated territory development as well as arranging management of industrial parks and many other aspects.
