Maxima Legal experts discussed the prospects of adopting Federal Law "On the basics of PPP in the Russian Federation" with the representatives of Vladimir region
On December 12th the Faculty of Law at St. Petersburg State University, hosted a video conference on the regulation and implementation of public-private partnership in Russian regions. The conference took place with participation of representatives of the Administration and the Legislative Assembly of the Vladimir region, experts from the Faculty of Law and company Maxima Legal in the field of legal support for PPP projects.
Vladimir Kilinkarov , Elena Kilinkarova and Diana Zhmulina, as members of the Working Group responsible for drafting a model act regulating public-private partnership for CIS member states, shared relevant information regarding the development of the legal framework of PPP in Russia. Together, with their colleagues from Maxima Legal - Maxim Avrashkov and Evgeniy Druzhinin, they managed to answer in detail all questions from the leadership of the Vladimir region, concerning legal regulation of public and private partners’ relations during the implementation of public -private partnership.
In preparation for the adoption, and perspective adaption to, the Federal law “On the basics of PPP in the Russian Federation”, representatives of the regional authorities on the subject of legislation have sought assistance from St. Petersburg experts with considerable experience, such as lawmaking and implementation of PPP projects in practice.
