Seven Suns Development plans to build a ‘residential’ complex called ‘The Bright World Within’ on a plot of land earmarked for sanatorium purposes in the Resort District of St. Petersburg.

Evgeniy Druzhinin, Head of Maxima Legal’s Real Estate and Construction Department, commented on the project from a legal point of view.
