Demolition Eight Years On // Vedomosti – No.3991 of 12.01.2016

‘Nikitin Estate’, a residential building constructed by the North-West Construction Corporation JSC, is to be demolished in accordance with a decision by the Primorsky District Court in St. Petersburg. An action to oblige the contractor to demolish the building was brought by the State Construction Inspectorate, which considered that it had been illegally erected and built without the necessary permissions and at an unacceptable height in the location.

Evgeny Druzhinin, Head of Maxima Legal’s Real Estate and Construction Department, commented on the court’s decision in this case.
