"Pribrezhny District" is hard to divide // Stroitelny Ezhenedelnik - 10.08.2015.

The longstanding disagreement between "Rubezh" development company, which is busy with its "Pribrezhny District" project in Lisiy Nos, and the administration of the Primorsky district of Saint-Petersburg will continue in the Supreme court.

The regulatory authorities will only permit the erection of the "Pribrezhny District" townhouse settlement in Lisiy Nos provided that the land is surveyed in advance.

As Evgeny Druzhinin, senior lawyer, the Head of "Real Estate and Construction" practice at Maxima Legal put it, in this case the investor is victim to the contradiction of the federal and regional legislation.
