Preparing for the Monopoly // “Delovoy Peterburg” – February 11th, 2016

At the end of 2015, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation has introduced a concept of “attorneys’ monopoly” of the legal services. The proposal is planned for becoming the law by the end of 2017.

“Delovoy Peterburg” has decided to interview members of the legal market in terms of their attitude towards this initiative: Vladimir Kilinkarov, Partner of Maxima Legal, was one of those who calmly reacted to the coming changes.
