Natalia Zelentsova: Pursuit of salespeople dealing in "sanctioned" goods is unlawful // RosBalt - Saint-Petersburg. - 12.08.15.

The Maxima Legal lawyer Natalia Zelentsova believes that administrative pursuit of vendors for the sale of sanctioned products is unlawful. 

As the expert told the "Rosbalt" reporter, the import of banned products is considered illegal, unlike their sale. "This position was confirmed with an according decision by the Saint Petersburg and Leningradskaya region's arbitration tribunal", the lawyer stressed. Nevertheless, Natalia Zelentsova mentioned that, despite the law's instructions, supervising agencies' officers are trying to circumvent it and to institute administrative proceedings against the salespeople.
