Konstantin Boytsov has provided his comments to newspaper Kto stroit v Peterburge

Newspaper Kto stroit v Peterburge on 25 September 2017 published an article titled 'How a government order led a contractor to bankruptcy', which considered the matter of a contractor which could not obtain payment for additional work done during the performance of a state contract with the Construction Committee.
