Balance of the Interests // Business Petersburg - 23.05.2016

Senior Associate of Maxima Legal, Head of the Dispute Resolution Practice, Sergey Bakeshin took part in the Round table of the “Business Petersburg”, dedicated to the practice of bankruptcy law. The event was attended by bank lawyers, arbitration managers, representatives of the leading law companies of St. Petersburg.

The participants discussed the legal mechanisms which have arisen following the entry into force in 2015 of the numerous amendments to the bankruptcy law.
