Amendments to the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ regulating the bankruptcy of contractors came into force on 1 January.

Sergey Bakeshin, Head of Maxima Legal’s Dispute Settlement Department, commented on the timely revision of the law, compared it with the previous version and gave his opinion concerning bankruptcy in general.
