Procedure for submitting of transactions notifications to antimonopoly body has been changed

On 30 January, 2014 a law amending the Federal Law "On protection of competition" became effective: notification antimonopoly control of transactions and other actions affecting competition was lifted due to its low efficiency, in particular, Article 30 of the Federal Law "On protection of competition" was deemed invalidated.
