Penalties for arrears with salary payments and other social payments are increased

According to the new legislative amendments arrears with salary payments are divided into partial and complete.
 
Partial arrears mean making payments of less than half of the sum payable. Partial arrears of salary, pensions, grants, benefits and other payments of more than three months, committed with mercenary or other personal interest by the head of the organization, the employer - an individual, head of the branch offices of a separate structural units of an organization implies a fine of up to hundred and twenty thousand rubles or salary or other income for the period of up to one year, or deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or practice certain activities for up to one year, or imprisonment for up to one year.
 
In case of complete arrears of salary and other social payments over two months, or payments amounted below the federal statutory minimum wage convicted person may be punished, in particular, a fine of one hundred thousand to five hundred thousand, or imprisonment for up to three years.
 
Those acts resulted in serious consequences, imply the fines range from two hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles, imprisonment for a term of two to five years, with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or practice certain activities for up to five years or without it.
