Problems with defining the subject of agreements in public-private partnerships // Urist – Number 11, 2017
The journal Urist has published an article written by Partner and Head of the PPP Practice at Maxima Legal, Vladimir Kilinkarov PhD, on the problems encountered when defining the subject of PPP and agreements in this field. The article particularly focuses on the restrictions on the subjects of PPP in current legislation, a critique of these along with proposals to improve the legislation.
The article was co-authored with Senior Associate from company RE Legal (part of the RE Group) Evgeniy Dryzhinin.

On the International Lawyers Network’s website has been published an article written by Maxim Ali and Robert Houchill titled ‘New fines for data protection breaches – Mistakes for which you have to pay’.
The article is about new penalties introduced on 1 July 2017 in Russia for breaches of data protection law.
