Valeriya graduated from the Faculty of Sociology of the St Petersburg State University. In 2010, she completed a course as part of a presidential programme for management training.  

She also undertook an internship in France dealing with consulting and marketing for the Chamber of Commerce of Paris.

Valeriya began her career at the St Petersburg city administration’s Resource Centre, an organisation overseen by the Committee for Economic Development, Industrial Policy and Trade, and was the Head of the Marketing Department and Editor of the Corporate Magazine. After which she worked in a number of large construction companies.  

She has 10 years’ experience working in the sphere of PR, advertising and marketing.
