Maxim graduated from the Law Faculty of St. Petersburg State University and completed a course in International Business Law at Columbia Law School, USA.
For several years, Maxim worked as a legal advisor for a number of leading Russian and international companies before establishing Maxima Legal in 2001.
Maxim has extensive legal practice experience in the following areas:
- Russian and international commercial law;
- providing legal services to companies;
- corporate law;
- mergers and acquisitions;
- real estate operations;
- legal support of bank activities;
- litigation and dispute resolution.
