Natalia graduated from the Law Faculty of St. Petersburg State University before going on to complete a master's degree in the Civil Law Department at the same university.
Natalia completed a number of internships in state structures, including at the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region. She also worked in a large telecommunication company.
Natalia has extensive practice experience in the following areas:

- Providing legal support for the entry into the Russian market of British architectural studio Bryden Wood Ltd, the well-known company HKR Architects, the SKB Industrial Holding Company - one of Europe’s leading suppliers of high-quality protective cables, the Ludan Group – one of the largest developers of integrated industrial solutions in the field of planning, control of technological processes and energy, and several other major companies.
- Representing the interests of clients in several important processes relating to the bankruptcy of Phaeton-Aero (the largest fuel company in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region) and the bankruptcy of the Nevsky Bereg Limited Company.
- Providing due diligence for Renord-Invest, a major investment group, in its acquisition of shares in the Module Group of Companies.
- On a pro bono basis – representing the interests of the Philharmonia in a public dispute with the Russian Authors Society in the field of intellectual property.
- On a pro bono basis – representing in court the interests of the well-known Russian rock group DDT in its landmark dispute with the Governor of Bryansk Region.
