Alina graduated from the Law Faculty at St. Petersburg State University and obtained a Master's degree from the Department of Civil Law.

After completing her studies in Russia, Alina studied European Private Law at the Law Faculty of the University of Salzburg, Austria (Universität Salzburg).

Alina speaks fluent English.

• Consulting the British company Marine Geology Services on matters of corporate, contract and labour law, providing legal assistance in resolving commercial disputes with contractors in a number of the company’s projects, including a large-scale geophysical exploration of the sea bed in the Indian Ocean successfully undertaken by MGS on a public contract with the Indian Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC).

• Consulting the Etalon Group of Companies, one of the largest constructors of residential accommodation, on a wide range of matters relating to the legal position on insider information according to the laws of the Russian Federation, Great Britain and Guernsey (in conjunction with Field Fisher Waterhouse on matters of British law and with Ogier on matters of Guernsey law).

• Consulting one of the companies in the GE Oil & Gas Group on a number of corporate matters relating to the establishment of a joint enterprise with the “Ladoga-Service” Joint Stock Company in Russia.

• Consulting TechModern, one of the leading Russian manufacturers of drilling equipment, on minimizing the risks in employing a single executive body for various types of public-legal responsibility.

• Providing comprehensive legal expertise in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) in the Yaroslavl Region: a project to design and put into operation systems for recording infringements of the Highway Code and for monitoring traffic flow, and a project to construct and open a general education school. Providing comprehensive legal expertise in devising a normative-legal act for the Yaroslavl Region – principles of expertise in Public-Private Partnership projects on the subject of the grounds for taking a decision concerning the participation of the Yaroslavl Region in PPP projects.

• Consulting the Volgograd Region on the possibilities of establishing a PPP project for the installation of a video system for controlling traffic and recording infringements of the Highway Code, as well as video control systems at places with mass gatherings of people.
