Konstantin Boytsov

Konstantin graduated from St. Petersburg State University, Law Department.

Prior to his employment at Maxima Legal, Konstantin worked for a number of Russian investment and construction companies, general contractors, local grid operators and law firms.

For several years, he headed the legal departments of a number companies involved in residential, business, industrial and energy construction projects.

Konstantin has significant experience in the following areas:

  • acquisition of land plots for construction;

  • support of investment and construction projects;

  • real estate transactions;

  • arrangement for the management of newly commissioned facilities;

  • power engineering, housing and public utilities;

  • legal representation in commercial courts;

  • bankruptcy;

  • business legal support;

  • Providing legal support for residential development projects in St. Petersburg;

  • Providung legal support for projects for the construction and modernising of premium residential buildings and business centres in the central districts of St. Petersburg;

  • Legal support for investment and construction projects based on the land plots of GUBKZ “Oktyabrskiy” (State Institution Big Concert Hall “Oktyabrskiy”);

  • Legal support for the problematic and socially significant construction project “Yuzhnaya Zvezda” Residential Estate in St. Petersburg;

  • Representation of investors’ and connected parties' interests in Stroy-Soyuz insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings and related proceedings;
  • Representation of local grid operators’ interests in major judicial disputes regarding the collection of fees for power transmission services, contestation of tariffs, developers’ interests in disputes regarding technological connection to power grids.
