Elena graduated from the Law Faculty of the St. Petersburg State University with Honors before undertaking further studies at the Faculty of Linguistics of the St. Petersburg State University which she completed with Honours and specialised in “Translation in the Field of Professional Communications”.

Elena has extensive legal practice experience in:

• taxation,
• complex legal support of companies and public-private partnerships (PPP).

As an associate professor at the St. Petersburg State University, Elena gives lectures and seminars on tax law (including Russian tax law, comparative tax law and international tax law) and public finance law.

Elena is the author of a number of articles on tax law matters and PPP.

Elena speaks fluent English.
